Return policy

At DAIBHIDH LTD, we fully recognize that, on occasion, arrangements must be changed or adjusted for legitimate reasons, necessitating a return. We have implemented our return policy for a smooth customer journey in an effort to enhance the purchasing experience and customer satisfaction. We have a comprehensive return policy, so please make sure you abide by these rules before requesting a return on our website. Return requests are only accepted if they comply with the following requirements:

  • Return policy varies depending on the kind of merchandise. If any consumers have received a defective, damaged, or inaccurate item, they can easily contact our customer service team within 3 to 4 business days after placing their order. If that is the case, we will provide a return, a replacement, or any other option that best suits your needs.
  • All customers have the option to cancel an order within the given time frame and request a refund; however, this must be done within the 1 to 2-day time frame since orders do not adhere to return, cancellation, or modification after they have been shipped. Please refer to our cancellation policy in the event of a cancellation. 
  • If it is a matter of size, you may also request a return. You can ask for a different item or exchange it for the correct size if the clothing you ordered does not fit, but the return does not cover shipping costs. Please make sure that the item is in its original condition with all tags. 

Non-Returnable Items

  • You cannot apply for a return for any personalized or customized items.
  • No money can be returned for anything purchased during a promotion, sale, or clearance event.
  • Opened cosmetics, skincare items, and fragrances are not returnable.
  • For hygienic reasons, jewelry and undergarments are likewise limited to nonreturnable goods. 

Process for Return

  • If the products meet the requirements for a return, you may start the process of getting your money back through the appropriate channel by getting in touch with our customer care staff within the allotted time frame of three to four business days.
  • Our staff will get in touch with you and provide guidance on how to turn the product securely once it has been approved. It is important to note that unless the defect or damage is our fault, we will not pay for shipping expenses.
  • Our staff will ensure that the item satisfies the requirements for a return. 

Please be aware that the processing time for a return varies based on the product type; however, once we get the item, it typically takes three to four business days to finish the process of checking and evaluation.
